BonFeu BonPizza – The Perfect Outdoor Pizza

1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Your favorite pizza toppings (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives)
Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
Olive oil
Salt and black pepper

Prep Your BonPizza: Set up your BonFeu BonPizza and let the flames settle, creating an even bed of hot coals. Place the BonPizza grill on top of the BonPizza and let it heat up.

Prepare Your Pizza Dough: Roll out your pizza dough to your desired thickness. A thin crust works beautifully for that crispy outdoor-fired texture.

Assemble Your Pizza: Place your rolled-out dough on a pizza peel or a flat, large cutting board lightly dusted with flour. Evenly spread the tomato sauce on the dough, leaving a small border for the crust. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

Add Your Toppings: Arrange your favorite pizza toppings on the cheese. Get creative here! Add pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, or anything you love on your pizza.
