Grilled Lamb Chops with Courgette and Feta Salad


For the Lamb Chops:

  • 4 lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Courgette and Feta Salad:

  • 2 small courgettes, sliced into 1cm-thick rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 100g feta cheese, crumbled
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves


  • Preheat the BonFeu BonBiza:
    • Prepare the BonFeu BonTino for grilling over a medium-high heat.
  • Marinate the Lamb Chops:
    • In a bowl, mix together olive oil, chopped fresh thyme leaves, salt, and black pepper.
    • Brush the lamb chops with the herb marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Grill the Lamb Chops:
    • Place the lamb chops on the grill grate of the BonFeu BonTino.
    • Grill the lamb chops for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.
    • Once cooked, remove the lamb chops from the grill and set aside to rest, tented with foil.
  • Grill the Courgettes:
    • Brush the courgette slices with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
    • Place the courgette slices on the grill grate of the BonFeu BonTino and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are tender and have grill marks.
  • Prepare the Salad:
    • In a large bowl, combine the grilled courgette slices, crumbled feta cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped fresh mint leaves, and chopped fresh parsley leaves.
    • Toss the salad gently to combine all the ingredients.
  • Serve:
    • Arrange the grilled lamb chops on a serving platter.
    • Serve the courgette and feta salad alongside the lamb chops.
